Quality improvement

The CCE intensively participates in the program for the introduction and development of quality management standards and systems in companies and institutions. With this aim, a project entitled LŰK (Facilitated Introduction of Quality Management) was launched in 2001, targeting primarily small and medium-sized enterprises and assisting them by training and education on the introduction of the HRN EN ISO 9001:2002 quality management system; lectures on quality entitled ISO FORUM CROATICUM are organised on a regular basis; and a database of legal entities and natural persons dealing with quality management is maintained and made available to all interested companies.
