Company manufactures a variety of castings made of grey cast iron (EN-GJL) according to customer specifications, such as housings of electric motors, pumps, bearing housings, gear castings, adapters, manhole covers and other components for industry purposes. With an annual production of approx. 8000 tons and more than 180 employees, the company Ferro-Preis is one of leading grey cast iron foundries and producers in southeast Europe. Castings are produced in range from 1 to 1000 kg in automatic, mechanical, hand moulding and centrifugal moulding lines, with different machining and surface protection possibilities. Company also offers consulting services and own design to create complete manufacturing solutions.
As its own product under the brand name FP PREIS® SML, Ferro-Preis Čakovec develops, manufactures and distributes the certified SML system of drainage pipes, fittings, couplings and other sewage products.
